Having been taken by the uber stylish DKNY A/W 11 Ad campaigns (starred at one for far longer than I should have today), I decided to take a peek at their look book on their website. I absolutely love the collection; DK has managed to filter through just a few key A/W 11 trends without over doing it, such as coats with leather arms and slim fit trousers and added her own twist of bold colours and rich textures to sharp edgy tailoring, layered and styled in the most perfect way - pink, red and orange shouldn’t work...but somehow it does. As I work in a "corporate" firm, I hate the thought of wearing something formal/smart that blends in to the crowd of 'suits'. Looking at these inspiring images, it just goes to show that you can achieve a balance between both smart and stand-out stylish work wear... “Don’t look at me, I’m shy"
